DISC Kuwait - Appointment Insurance

Here are important tips before you book an appointment and secure coverage by your insurance company:

• Every insurance company has a defined process that their members and DISC clinic must abide by.
• An eligibility check with your insurance company is required to ensure your coverage for DISC services and any pre-authorization requirements you may need.
• Call your insurance company, locate the phone number on the back of your insurance card.
• Ask questions:
  • Will my insurance cover DISC services – Physiatry / Physical Medicine Doctors’ consultation and Physiotherapy?
  • Do I need a Doctor's referral for Physiotherapy services?
  • Do I need insurance claim approval for DISC services before making an appointment?
• If you require a Doctor's referral, we can assist you with a list of doctors in the community if you do not already have your practitioner.
• If your insurance company requires approval, check for DISC services before an appointment, please send a copy of your Insurance Card and Civil ID (front and back) and Doctor's referral letter (as confirmed by your insurance company) to the DISC-Kuwait WhatsApp Number (+965) 99 319488 or email insurance.kuwait@disc-me.com for the approval check.
• A member of the DISC insurance team will contact you, informing you about your eligibility check and booking an appointment as applicable.
• Please bring your insurance card with you (soft or hard copy).
