We encourage all our patients to explore the patient portal and create a profile. (clickable to Login/Register page) This will facilitate viewing visit history and having access to invoices, medical reports and Pay and Claim forms.
Make sure to arrive at least 15-20 minutes early for your first visit to complete the electronic patient registration process
Please be mindful of your appointment time. Arriving late will affect the duration of your session.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, we require 6-hour notice. If you cancel your session later than 6 hours or do not show up for your session, a cancellation / no-show fee will be applied. the therapist during the available time slot. You can refer to our Cancellation Policy.

If you are in your national dress or work clothes, please bring comfortable clothing to allow free movement during your consultation and treatment. Changing rooms are available for your privacy and convenience.
